Job Summary

• They are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – South East to lead branch operations in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing business performance, and leading cross-functional teams across sales, aftersales, customer service, and administration.
• This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing large business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives
• Monitor sales and profitability performance against targets
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government agencies
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across the branch
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to expand the business

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong sales, marketing, and business development experience
• Proven financial management and P&L management expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Social Sciences (MBA/MSc is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N2,000,000 per month.
