Job Summary

• Our client is looking to hire courteous and professional Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to customers. The ideal candidates will ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by delivering prompt and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints politely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Salary
N100,000 Gross Monthly.
