Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Managerto join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing ore and raw materials essential to our operations, while also driving strategic growth and building strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing and procuring ore and other raw materials essential to company operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align purchases with production needs.
• Contribute to overall business growth through strategic sourcing and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Geology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management,Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or business development.
• Knowledge of mining industry and raw material markets is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required.
