We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee project activities in Lagos, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to company standards.
• This hybrid role involves supervising site operations, coordinating staff and subcontractors, tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily project and site operations.
• Oversee staff and subcontractors to meet quality and timeline targets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
• Track project progress and submit reports to management.
• Maintain project documentation using Zoho WorkDrive and track tasks in Zoho Projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in project/site supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity or willingness to use Zoho Projects and Work Drive.
