About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support the development and improvement of our HR systems, policies, and people processes.
- The consultant will work closely with leadership to strengthen recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Design structured recruitment and hiring processes.
- Support performance management systems and KPIs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace issues.
- Improve HR processes and support the implementation of scalable HR systems.
Requirements
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- 3 - 5 years HR experience, preferably in HR consulting or advisory roles.
- Experience developing HR policies, systems, and performance frameworks.
- Proven ability to advise leadership and handle employee relations matters.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement structured HR processes in growing organizations.
