Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND
• At least 5 years of proven experience in estimating and project cost management with a reputable construction company.
• Proficiency in Cost management software.
• Basic knowledge of BIM and digital measurement tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge on Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Must have NIQS Certifications.
