Job Title: Van Lubricants Sales Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Van Lubricants Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of automotive and industrial lubricants through van-based distribution.
- The role involves visiting customers directly, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets within designated territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company’s sales van to assigned territories to promote and sell lubricants and related products.
- Identify and develop new customers including mechanics, workshops, spare parts dealers, fuel stations, and retail outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer locations where applicable.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and report to management.
- Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of products in the sales van.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned sales vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive products, or FMCG.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving experience.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and markets is an advantage.
