Role Purpose
- The Manager – Finance Digitalization will lead digital transformation initiatives within the Finance function by driving automation, analytics, and system enhancements.
- The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, increasing financial data visibility, and enabling better decision-making through the adoption of digital finance tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance digitalization and automation initiatives across key finance processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), FP&A, and Treasury.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes through technology, automation, and system optimization.
- Manage the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ERP and finance systems, preferably SAP.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions to enhance financial visibility and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system integrations and process improvements.
- Ensure strong data governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance within digital finance processes.
- Utilize ERP platforms and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Leverage Power BI and data analytics tools to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance Transformation agenda.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Proven experience in finance transformation, digital finance, or ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury).
- Experience with SAP and Power BI or other data visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
