Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the company’s purchasing activities and ensure goods and services are sourced at the best value.
• The role involves supplier sourcing, negotiating prices, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and track purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement needs.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
