We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Storekeeper - Pharmaceuticals
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Store materials in compliance with GMP/GDP, including temperature and humidity controls
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Manage batch numbers, expiry dates, and proper labeling
- Issue materials to production, QA, or dispatch as per approved documentation
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation to meet regulatory requirements and support audits
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, segregation of materials, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
- Perform other jobrelated duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
