Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a pharmaceutical environment.
• The role involves managing procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficiency, cost control, and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage procurement of raw and packaging materials while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Coordinate demand planning with production to ensure efficient manufacturing schedules.
• Oversee inventory levels, warehouse management, and real-time stock tracking.
• Manage distribution of finished goods and optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise supply chain staff, set KPIs, and drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and HSE standards while mitigating supply risks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a management role within pharmaceutical or FMCG.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.

Salary
N500,000 per month (Open to Negotiation).
