We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Objective

  • To provide high-level administrative support to the Audit and Tax teams, ensuring seamless office operations, professional client relations, and meticulous management of financial documents and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
Document Management:

  • Assist in the formatting, printing, and binding of Audit reports, financial statements, and tax letters.

Client Relations:

  • Receive and direct clients, manage the office switchboard, and handle inquiries with extreme professionalism.

Filing & Archiving:

  • Maintain a highly organized physical and digital filing system for sensitive client records, ensuring easy retrieval for auditors.

Scheduling:

  • Manage the firm’s calendar, including scheduling client audits, tax filing deadlines, and internal partner meetings.

Correspondence:

  • Draft and proofread professional letters, emails, and memos to regulatory bodies (like LIRS/FIRS) and clients.

Office Logistics:

  • Monitor office supplies, manage petty cash for daily office expenses, and ensure the reception area is always presentable.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Office Technology Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience:

  • 0 – 3 years experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word(advanced formatting) and Excel.

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional command of English (Written and Oral).
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
  • High attention to detail (zero tolerance for typos in financial documents).

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
