Job brief
- A leading consulting, learning and human development organization dedicated to helping individual and business unlock their potential and achieve excellence is looking for a Training facilitator responsible for the effective delivery of training programs in line with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training programs (physical, virtual, hybrid) in line with approved curriculum.
- Deliver content using adult learning principles and experiential methodology.
- Adapt delivery style to suite frontline staff, executive, mid-level and C-suite managers.
- Contribute to programme design, review and update training slides, manuals, case studies, etc.
- Align training objectives with clients expectations and support proposal input where required.
- Maintain high delivery standards consistency with firm's reputation.
- Ensure training materials are error free and professionally presented, etc.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Education, Social Science, Business Administration or any related field.(Master degree is an advantage)
- 4-5 years proven tracked experience in cooperate training, consulting, organizational development or learning and development.
- High executive presence with strong presentation and facilitation skill and
- Ability to simplify complex concept with instructional design capability.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and virtual platform (Zoom, Teams).
Salary
N400,000 per month.
