Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Sheridan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a highly-effective Operations Officer residing within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State to run the business operations of African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products.

Responsibilities
You will be required to

  • Run the routine daily operations of the business
  • Manage external business stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, business vendors, and middlemen consultants
  • Manage key operations units such as Sales, HR, Administration, Finance, Production, Inventory, etc
  • Monitor Employee compliance to office policies and procedures
  • Improve business functionality to align with core business objectives.
  • Plan and manage projects and contribute to product innovation.
  • Track operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins.
  • Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
  • Analyze and maintain operational data, and monitoring product inventories.
  • Oversee Human Resources Development policies, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree and must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos.
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good people skills and friendly disposition
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning software
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
  • Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
  • Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
  • Developing human resources policies, and monitoring compliance and performance.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
