Job Title: Van Field Sales Executive

Location: Asaba, Delta

Objectives

• To lead the delivery of customer and field sales objectives that support overall business performance, market growth, and revenue expansion.

Job Purpose

• To operate the company sales van and deliver agreed business targets through excellent execution of sales, redistribution, and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in field sales, with a proven record of achieving KPIs.
• Strong experience in Van Sales within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales vans Proven ability to drive sales vans and deliver sales numbers with minimal supervision.
• and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and retail trade channels.

Compensations

• N120,000 Gross Monthly Salary
• N120,000 Variable Pay
• N52,000 Conveyance Allowance (applicable to candidates who are not close to designated pick-up points)
