Reports To: HR Manager / HR Officer
Job Summary
- The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, and HR administration.
- This role ensures smooth HR processes and helps maintain employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management under supervision.
- Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
- Respond to routine employee queries about policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and official documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (internship experience may be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.
