We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Male)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy, and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security logs or visitor sign-in registers
  • Greet, welcome, and direct guests and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain files, update records, assist with photocopying, scanning, and data entry, and order office supplies

Requirements

  • Qualification: SSCE / OND.
