Job Title: Assistant Cane Mill Fitter - 40000TCD Mill Operation

Job Summary
- The Assistant Cane Mill Fitters will assist in the maintenance and repair of cane mill equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the mill.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on, hardworking technician with a willingness to learn and grow in sugar mill operations.
- They should be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to the success of the milling team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of cane mill equipment, including knives, shredders, and crushing mills.
- Perform routine inspections and monitoring of equipment to identify potential issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, collaborating with fitters and other support teams as needed.
- Develop and implement minor modifications to equipment and processes to improve efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Assist in training and development of apprentices and junior staff.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
- Shall hold the minimum of SSCE
- 2 - 3 years of experience.
