Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and courteous Porter to join our hospitality team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from their rooms.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide directions within the hotel.
• Support the front desk team with guest requests and basic information.
• Ensure the hotel entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas remain clean and organized.
• Assist in arranging transportation or guiding guests to waiting vehicles.
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by the front office or hotel management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage when required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
