Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Social Media Officer.
- The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while also supporting the company’s online presence through engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain front desk records and administrative documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Manage the company’s social media pages
- Create and post engaging content to promote company services
- Respond to online inquiries and comments
- Support general administrative tasks within the office
Requirements
- An OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Ability to create simple digital content
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
