We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary

  • The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and growing Uncle Stan’s Foods’ presence across all social media platforms. The role focuses on brand strategy, audience engagement, campaign planning, analytics, and ensuring consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns.

Platform Management:

  • Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee the content calendar and posting schedule.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and special offers.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Work with content creators to produce campaign-specific content.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Use insights to optimize future campaigns.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor comments, messages, and online mentions.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Manage brand reputation across digital platforms.

Collaboration;

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Guide the content creator on brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and brand storytelling skills.
