Description
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to oversee daily administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily office administrative operations
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and company records
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Support management with meeting coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Assist with facility management and ensure the office environment is well maintained
- Handle internal correspondence and administrative communication
- Support other departments with administrative needs when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
