Job Title: Pharmacist (Inventory Executive)

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  •  The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on drug therapy, and ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the procurement team to forecast stock requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using pharmacy management systems or ERP software.
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
  • Maintain proper storage and security of pharmaceutical products in line with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional pharmacy practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and minimize medication wastage.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and treatment outcomes.
  • Keep accurate records of prescriptions, controlled substances, and patient interactions.
  • Stay updated on new drugs, therapies, and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
  • Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products and inventory management.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
