Description

• Our client, a leading player in the healthcare sector, is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee and manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery of goods and services to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and present analyses to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
