Job Summary

• Astracrest Investment Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the company’s financial operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and assisting management in making informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Experience with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
