Job Title: Early Years Teacher (Literacy & Numeracy)

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Deliver age-appropriate literacy and numeracy lessons following the EYFS and international standards.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment that supports holistic child development.
• Develop engaging lesson plans, learning centres, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain accurate learner portfolios, assessments, and progress reports.
• Foster positive early learning habits, social skills, and character formation.
• Communicate effectively with parents and participate in school-wide events.

Requirements
For Academic Staff:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
• Must be IGCSE Certified.
• A teaching qualification (PGDE, TRCN, etc.) is compulsory.
• 2–5 years relevant experience in a reputable international school
• Strong communication, classroom management, and ICT skills
• Commitment to child-safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
