About the Role

  • Our client is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead market expansion and operational delivery of its energy analytics platform in Nigeria.
  • This role sits at the intersection of energy technology, data analytics, and commercial growth, responsible for driving enterprise sales while ensuring seamless operational deployment of the company’s electricity monitoring solutions for utilities, energy developers, and commercial clients.
  • The successful candidate will combine strategic sales capability with operational leadership, playing a key role in scaling the company'spresence in Nigeria’s rapidly evolving energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the company.
  • Identify and close enterprise sales opportunities with:
  • Electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos), Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Solar and mini-grid developers, Commercial and industrial energy users.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform deployments for new clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful system implementation.
  •  Manage operational workflows, timelines, and service delivery standards.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within Nigeria’s power and energy landscape.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with energy providers, developers, and infrastructure companies.
  • Serve as the primary commercial interface for key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and recurring revenue growth

Requirements

  • 5 – 8+ years of experience in sales, operations, or business development.
  • Experience in energy, power, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise B2B sales cycles.
  • Understanding of Nigeria’s electricity market and energy ecosystem.
  • Exposure to energy analytics, smart metering, IoT, or digital energy platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Operational leadership and project coordination skills
  • Strategic thinking and market development capability
  • Stakeholder engagement across technical and executive levels

Salary
N500,000 - 600,000 monthly.
