We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: CMS, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking ayoung, dynamic, and technically skilled engineer to support facility operations at a high-profile corporate site.
  • The ideal candidate will focus primarily on technical troubleshooting, engineering support, and resolving facility related issues, rather than managing routine facility management administration.
  • The role requires amobile, agile, and solution-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on technical experience in building systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults within facility systems.
  • Provide engineering support for mechanical, electrical, and building infrastructure.
  • Conduct technical inspections and identify maintenance or operational issues.
  • Analyze problems and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Monitor and ensure optimal performance of building equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and maintenance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of technical experience in construction, building services, engineering maintenance, or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in afast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proactive, mobile, and agile, with the ability to respond quickly to technical issues.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience inbuilding systems, technical maintenance, or engineering support in fast-paced corporate or commercial environmentswill be given priority.
  • Experience supporting corporate or commercial facilities is an advantage.
