Job Title: Operation & Production Manager

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Operations & Production Manager to oversee the business operations and garment production cycles of the brand.
- This role combines strategic management with hands-on supervision to ensure premium craftsmanship, operational profitability, and the timely delivery of all orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies and SOPs aligned with brand goals
- Oversee the end-to-end production workflow, from client consultation to final delivery
- Supervise and coordinate cutters, tailors, and finishing teams to ensure maximum productivity
- Monitor garment fittings and ensure technical adjustments are executed to standard
- Conduct final quality control inspections to uphold brand excellence before delivery
- Manage budgets, production costs, and fabric inventory to minimize waste and maximize margins
- Create and track KPIs including production timelines, revenue targets, and efficiency levels
- Maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers and accessory vendors
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a professional work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or fashion production management
- Deep understanding of garment construction, tailoring processes, and luxury finishing
- Proven ability to manage financial budgets and production costs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a technical team under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a strict eye for detail.
Salary
150,000 - 200,000 per month.
