Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing

Position Overview

  • The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the organization by promoting and selling the company’s range of healthcare and emergency services.
  • This includes ambulance services, air ambulance services, occupational health solutions, emergency response support, and training programs.
  • The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional capable of identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Ambulance & Emergency Response Services:

  • Market land ambulance services to hospitals, HMOs, recreational and event centers, and other organizations requiring pre-hospital care.
  • Promote emergency response services (ambulance or equipped medical personnel) to sports organizations, amateur and professional teams, and other relevant clients.
  • Market air ambulance services to hospitals, corporate clients, and other institutions requiring rapid medical transport.

Occupational Health Services:

  • Market pre-employment and annual health assessments, workplace clinics, and health surveillance programs to factories, corporate organizations, and industries nationwide.
  • Advise clients on health compliance, workforce safety, and wellness initiatives.

Emergency Response Training:

  • Promote and coordinate emergency response training programs, including First Aid, CPR, Basic & Advanced Life Support, and fire safety protocols, to schools, hotels, and other organizations.
  • Build awareness of the importance of emergency preparedness and workforce health and safety.

Business Development & Client Relationship Management:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients across key sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reporting & Performance:

  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client engagement, and market insights.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new clients acquired across ambulance, air ambulance, occupational health, and training services.
  • Revenue growth from assigned service lines.
  • Client retention and satisfaction scores.
  • Timely submission of reports and accurate CRM updates.
  • Number of successful marketing presentations, proposals, and closed deals.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and build strategic client relationships.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, occupational health, or emergency response is a strong advantage.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend events as required.

Work Environment:

  • Full time role: office-based with frequent client visits and fieldwork.
  • Fast-paced, target-driven, and collaborative work environment.
  • Requires flexibility to adapt to different client industries and service lines.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
