About the Role

  • Nexus Grid is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Lagos.
  • This role focuses on lead generation and pipeline development across key sectors, helping organisations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and qualify new prospects across target sectors
  • Run structured outreach and lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers to understand cybersecurity needs
  • Support proposal preparation and delivery to target accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Previous experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts in cybersecurity solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Highly organized, motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
