They are recruiting is seeking an experienced candidate to oversee and coordinate field activities across its dredging project sites in the capacity below:

Job Title: Field Operation Manager - Dredging Operation

Job Summary 

  • The successful candidate will provide on-site operational leadership, ensuring that dredging activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project timelines and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide overall field leadership for dredging and marine operations at project sites
  • To supervise site crews, operators, and technical personnel, ensuring effective coordination of daily operations
  • To oversee the deployment and performance of dredging equipment, including dredgers, support vessels, pumps, and associated machinery
  • To ensure optimal equipment uptime, proper maintenance coordination, and efficient fuel utilization
  • To monitor daily production targets and operational performance across dredging activities
  • To ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
  • To coordinate field logistics, equipment movement, and operational resources across sites
  • To prepare operational reports and progress updates for project management
  • To collaborate with engineering, survey, and maintenance teams to support efficient project execution
  • To identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marine Operations, or a related discipline
  • 7–10 years’ experience in dredging operations, marine construction, or heavy equipment field operations
  • Proven experience managing site teams and large-scale field operations
  • Strong knowledge of dredging equipment, marine operations, and site logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews, equipment assets, and operational schedules
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in demanding field environments and project-based locations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working on large-scale dredging or marine infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of equipment productivity, fuel management, and operational efficiency.
