Kojo Auto Service Centre Limited is an automotive service organization providing vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, mechanical repairs electrical repairs, AC overhaul, body and painting, tyre services, car wash, spare parts sales, and customer support services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hub Center Coordinator / Customer Engagement Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly outgoing, sociable, and energetic individual to manage and coordinate activities at our Hub Center.
  • The ideal candidate should be a people-person who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who visits the hub.
  • This role requires someone who is charismatic, proactive, and able to communicate confidently with a wide range of people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Hub Center.
  • Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Coordinate hub activities, events, and customer engagements.
  • Provide information about services and guide customers to the appropriate support.
  • Ensure the hub environment remains organized, lively, and customer-friendly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Support the team in promoting services and increasing customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Naturally outgoing, sociable, and confident when interacting with people.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage activities within a busy hub environment.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic administrative and computer skills are an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or community engagement is preferred.
