We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee staff onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
• Monitor employee performance management processes and support departmental managers.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Support organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Provide HR insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in atelecommunications, or service-based company.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
