Job Title: Storekeeper / Inventory Officer (Wholesale Food Store)

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage stock and inventory in a busy wholesale food items store.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and record incoming goods and supplies
• Monitor stock levels of all food items in the store
• Keep accurate records of stock movement (items received and sold)
• Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checks
• Ensure proper storage and arrangement of goods
• Report low stock levels to management promptly
• Prevent stock loss, damage, or misplacement
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area
• Assist with loading or arranging goods when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
• Previous storekeeping or inventory experience is an advantage
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills
• Ability to count, track, and organize stock properly
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy
• Physically fit to handle light lifting or arranging goods

Additional Skills:

• Basic knowledge of inventory records using notebook or Excel
• Attention to detail and accountability.
