We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties
Warehouse Operations:

  • Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for sensitive products.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for product traceability.

Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide training on safety protocols and handling procedures.

Health & Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Implement measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and distribution regulations.
  • 2 - 5 years of warehouse management experience in a structured pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is required
  • Ability to prepare departmental standard operating procedures ( SOPs) is essential.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning
  • Attention to details and accuracy.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly (net).
