Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer (Printing Press)
Location: Onipanu, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are a growing branding and creative business seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, increase job orders, and grow monthly revenue.
- This role is highly practical and field-based, focused on sourcing branding jobs, converting leads, and building repeat business.
- This position suits someone who understands grassroots sales, enjoys meeting customers, and can actively bring business into a production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Source printing jobs from businesses, schools, churches, SMEs, event planners, and individuals
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed and paid jobs
- Actively follow up on prospective and existing customers
- Drive repeat business and referrals
Marketing & Field Activities:
- Carry out basic field marketing and customer outreach
- Represent the company at markets, offices, and business locations
- Support walk-in customer engagement when required
Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure jobs are delivered correctly
- Track jobs closed, payments received, and customer feedback
- Submit simple daily/weekly sales updates
Qualifications / Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of HND or Bsc in a marketing or any related discipline.
- Higher qualifications are an added advantage but not compulsory
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or field sales
- Experience in printing, branding, advertising, production, or similar industries is a strong advantage
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to move around Lagos to generate business
- Basic sales and customer service knowledge
- Result-driven and able to work with targets
- Honest, proactive, and reliable.
