Job Title: Diaspora Representative
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- We are seeking are looking for a results-driven Diaspora Representative to connect our brand with prospective property investors in international markets.
- In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across online platforms, with a focus on increasing brand visibility, driving engagements, and generating leads through data-driven strategies.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of diaspora markets, digital marketing tools, and real estate trends, and can effectively communicate Mshel Homes' value proposition to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage diaspora affiliates across key regions (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, etc.)
- Develop and execute outreach strategies specifically tailored to the diaspora audience
- Generate qualified leads from diaspora communities through referrals, events, and digital channels
- Educate diaspora prospects on the company's properties, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of diaspora investors through sustained relationship management
- Ensure diaspora-generated leads are promptly followed up
- Represent the company at diaspora events, trade fairs, and exhibitions where applicable
- Provide market intelligence on diaspora investment trends and preferences to management
- Ensure a seamless handover process for diaspora clients transitioning from prospect to active buyer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Prior Experience in Real Estate or Property Marketing is an advantage.
- Proven track record of lead generation and campaign management.
- Experience working remotely or in an international-facing role.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian Real Estate market.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM software).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track campaign performance.
- Ability to work across different time zones independently.
- Deep understanding of diaspora communities and their investment motivations.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
