Job Summary

• Mopheth Pharmacy is seeking a competent Mid-Level Account Officer to support our finance operations across multiple retail outlets.
• The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, stock-related financial entries, and monthly closing activities.
• The role requires strong accuracy, excellent use of accounting tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial entries
• Process vendor payments, staff claims, and petty cash
• Track payables and receivables
• Prepare financial reports and support audits
• Work closely with inventory and procurement teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2–4 years accounting experience
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Retail accounting experience is an advantage
