Job Title: Senior Community Pharmacist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are hiring an experienced Senior Community Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure professional dispensing, and deliver high-quality patient care.
• The ideal candidate must have strong clinical knowledge, leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and at least five years hands-on community practice experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff
• Provide expert patient counselling and medication therapy management
• Ensure full regulatory and professional compliance
• Manage inventory, expiration checks, and controlled drugs
• Support management with pharmacy performance improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Minimum of 5 years community pharmacy experience
• Current PCN license
• Strong leadership and customer care skills.
