Job Title: Van Sales Executive (VSE)

Location: Surulere / Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Van Sales Executive will be responsible for selling and delivering company products directly to retailers within the assigned territory using a company van.
  • The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and distribute products to retailers within the assigned route.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new customers in the territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers.
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility at outlets.
  • Collect payments and maintain proper sales documentation.
  • Keep accurate sales and stock records and submit regular reports.
  • Manage van stock effectively and maintain the vehicle in good condition.
  • Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer complaints.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience in FMCG sales.
  • Experience in van sales or field sales is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

Salary
N135,000 Monthly.
