Job Title: Van Sales Executive (VSE)
Location: Surulere / Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Van Sales Executive will be responsible for selling and delivering company products directly to retailers within the assigned territory using a company van.
- The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and distribute products to retailers within the assigned route.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new customers in the territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at outlets.
- Collect payments and maintain proper sales documentation.
- Keep accurate sales and stock records and submit regular reports.
- Manage van stock effectively and maintain the vehicle in good condition.
- Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer complaints.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales.
- Experience in van sales or field sales is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
