We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer (Intern)

Location: Lagos

Description

• We are looking for a smart HR Officer with strong analytical skills to support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR data reporting.
• The ideal candidate must be detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly competent with spreadsheets, dashboards, and HR tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee relations
• Analyze HR data and generate reports, dashboards, and insights
• Maintain HRIS records and support payroll preparation
• Coordinate trainings and policy implementation

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience
• Strong Excel/analytics skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, reports)
• Experience with HRIS/Odoo is an advantage.
