About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join a reputable real estate company based in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling property developments, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
- Promote and sell the company’s real estate offerings to prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to close sales.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Target-driven with a strong passion for sales.
- Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
