Job Title: Van Sales Executive

Locations: Ketu, & Ikorodu - Lagos

Reports To: Field Sales Manager (FSM)

Job Summary

  • The Van Sales Executive (VSE) sells and delivers company products to retailers within an assigned territory using a company van.
  • The role focuses on achieving sales targets, growing the customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and managing stock and cash.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and distribute products to retailers along the assigned route.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers.
  • Maintain product visibility and customer relationships.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Manage van stock and vehicle upkeep.
  • Report market feedback and competitor activity to the Field Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc.
  • FMCG sales experience; van/field sales experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and territorial knowledge.

Salary
N135,000 Monthly
