Job Title: Van Sales Executive

Job Summary
- The Van Sales Executive (VSE) sells and delivers company products to retailers within an assigned territory using a company van.
- The role focuses on achieving sales targets, growing the customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and managing stock and cash.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and distribute products to retailers along the assigned route.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Maintain product visibility and customer relationships.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage van stock and vehicle upkeep.
- Report market feedback and competitor activity to the Field Sales Manager.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc.
- FMCG sales experience; van/field sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and territorial knowledge.
