We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Litigation Officer

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• These roles involve the same administrative functions as a Litigation Officer, such as managing court filings, preparing court documents, and tracking case schedules.
• These individuals manage the technical aspects of complex cases, such as electronic data discovery (e-discovery), databases, and document management for large trials
• These positions support lawyers by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and organizing files, often managing the logistical side of litigation.

Requirements

• Only a lawyer with 8-10 years post-call experience should apply.
• A qualified lawyer who specializes in representing clients in disputes and appearing in court
• A lawyer who has obtained higher rights of audience to appear in higher courts, combining the roles of drafting and advocacy.
