Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential companies to discuss services: recruitment, business alignment, restructuring, and HR activities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct client presentations and explain services
- Meet client acquisition targets
- Collaborate with consulting team to propose solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with target-driven approach
