Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated sales representative to drive sales of home appliances, including refrigerators and other white goods, within the assigned territory.
- The role involves managing retail accounts, expanding distribution, and achieving sales targets through strong customer relationships and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote and sell refrigerators and other home appliances to retailers and distributors.
- Identify and develop new retail outlets to expand market coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in stores.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of sales experience in consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
