Job Title: Project Supervisor - Atiku Center
Location: Yola, Adamawa
Department: Atiku Center
Duration of Employment: One (1) Year
Summary of Position
- Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Establish and manage relations with stakeholders including project beneficiaries and gate keepers
- Be the eyes and ears of the project working with beneficiaries and community members
- Support the implementation of planned activities and be responsible for ensuring workshop attendance of beneficiaries assigned
- Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
- Encourage communication of information between workshop participants and project team members
Position Requirements
- A good first degree in the social sciences , Pure and applied sciences from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and computer knowledge
- Experience working within community structures
- Experience working with Women and the poor and marginalized
- Ability to use computers and computer applications is a plus
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Good people management skills
- Knowledge of local language will be a plus
Other requirements, abilities for the position:
- Good understanding of the challenge facing IDP Women
- Should have the ability to interact effectively with student, alumni, high school Dynamic and innovative personality.
