Job Summary
- We are seeking to recruit a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented professional Admin/Marketing Manager
- The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand presence, increasing market share, and driving sales growin.
Qualifications and Experience
- A good Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a relatad discipline.
- A Master's degree (MEA or equivalent) with specialization in Strategic Markating will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12-15 years' cognate marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG sector with least 5-7 years in a senior marketing or managerial role.
- Managing a diverse range of product lines, ensuring each meets its specific Growth vs. Profitability targets.
