The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) was established in 2010 by the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act. NCDMB is vested with the mandate to make procedures that will guide, monitor, coordinate, and implement the provisions of the NOGICD Act signed into law on April 22, 2010. 

We seek highly qualified, competent, and hardworking candidates to occupy the vacant position listed below:

Job Title: Construction Surveillance Personnel

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily surveillance of construction activities at site.
  • Verify work exccusion against approved drawings, procedures, and specifications.
  • Identify and report non-conformances and unsafe practices.
  • Support HSE compliance monitoring and toolbox engagements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC and engineering trams on technical clarifications.
  • Provide accurate progress and surveillance reports.
  • Ensure contractors comply with project standards and local consent requirements.
  • Support on-the-job coaching for local construction personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas construction supervision or surveillance.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors and multi-disciplinary seams.
  • Good understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
